Good news Monday

Today was the much anticipated cervical length and growth check.  Praise God my cervix was slightly improved from my check almost two weeks ago!

Everyone is joining in the prayer!
The doctor told me that means I did not have to have a catheter put in today.

The catheter wouldn't interfered with Mindy's shopping...

Yeah!  So I can still shower every other day and go the the bathroom on my own.

Feels so good!
I don't know when the next check will be yet, but this gives me at least another week of "freedom".

Mindy running through the fields ... in her dreams...
The doctor told me to hang in there three more weeks (19 days but who is counting).  I asked him if I did if I could go home.  He just smiled and said we will see.

It's the final countdown!!! big hair 80's countdown....

Two of the girls are growing on schedule but baby C is a bit behind.

Time to give baby C a hand...get it ... hand...I know...I know...
Baby A is 1.8 pounds, Baby B is 1.7 pounds, and Baby C is 1.4 pounds.

This is what it feels like inside Mindy's belly.

The doctor did not seem concerned but he did not have a chance to read the ultrasound report before he saw me.
The doctor had other things on his mind...
Hopefully we'll get some more guidance tomorrow about how things are progressing. The girls were all facing my back so we didn't get any pictures today :(

Well, we got one picture.

A verse that helped get me through the week, Isaiah 40:29-31.

  1. Congrats on the recent positive news! Praying for more and more!! (and that the next 18nights FLY by!!) I realize that I could just comment via facebook, but I feel like I want to give positive reinforcement for blog posts bc I enjoy them so much :) Hope you're hanging in there! Sounds like Dawn has been doing a good job of harassing you about baby names - I'm impressed you've stayed strong! She can be so persistent ;)
