Triplets first CrossFit Workout Part I



Why do they give me such little weights?

I could totally rock the 45s. 

Put the bouncy 25s where they go and the shiny 25s where they go, why is it so hard to put things back where they belong?

I could do this with one hand, I'm just playing it safe. 

Don't let your fingers get squished. 


Why is it so easy to put barbell plates away, but plates that we eat on to the dishwasher, that's hard.
