Grandpa Guerra Visits Ankeny

Well, Teagan, when Tony was a kid, he used to misbehave all the time . . .

Dad, you are in trouble!

You just pet the dog nicely like this.

I'll protect you, I won't let any of my sisters take you away.

Hey, you better not pee on me!

Rianne, do you want to play with another puppy?

We've got two puppies! Dad, mom, can we keep them?

I'm going to say no. A firm no.

Aww, C'mon, look how cute we are together!

Just put your hands under her legs.

See, I can totally take care of my puppy.

The girls get ready to watch two flautists.

Maracas at the ready.

Gracie explaining eighth notes, quarter notes, and cut time to the girls . . .

And we're ready to go!

Well, they think the maracas are microphones, so it's going to be a minute.

An Easy Winter?

We've got helpers this winter!

Bend at the legs, not at the back.

Good form, good job!

Better be a big bag of M&Ms after this snowstorm!

Sit n Spin

It's a conversation starter.

Are we almost done?

After a long morning of shoveling, it's time for a lunch break.

The girls have a new sleeping arrangement.

Brielle: I'm sleeping over here, you kick in your sleep Rianne.

Teagan: I'll be over here, I don't want to get kicked either.

Alright, last sips of milk.

Brielle, what are you doing?

I'm pretending to drink this milk so we can go to bed later.

A Trip to the Science Center Part I

Happy Birthday Grandma!

How old are you?

I don't think you're s'pposed to ask Rianne!

We're going to the science center, Yay!

Teagan seems to have this down pretty well.

I sometimes feel like she is more comfortable upside down.

Oops . . .

I'll have to get them some gymnastics chalk.

Cheese!

I can get it . . .

I almost got it . . .

Just one more . . .

Hmmmph . . . I can't even get the box open.

The snake isn't doing anything . . .

Maybe it's hungry, we can find some snake food in here somewhere . . .

Nope, it's just a bunch of rocks.

Ahhh . . . my first Tweet!

Brielle stops by to see what's up.

Look snake, you come near my sisters, and I'm gonna give you the business.

I never did find any snake food.

Cool, it moved.

Mommy. Daddy. Can we take it home?

Let's say goodbye to Mr. Snake.

Awww. Man.
