Brielle
Last Saturday, Brielle and Mindy went to her last sleep study ever! (We hope) Mindy had to lay in bed with her in order to keep her still enough keep all the wires on and get some sleep. She had a pretty good night, but it was quite uncomfortable for me. The tech said she did well and doesn't see her ever needing oxygen again! We are still waiting for her pulmonologist to call and give us the official results.
I'm not sure if we have every mentioned before that when Brielle is really scared and or tired she will hold her breath when she cries and has passed out a few times from it. These are called breath holding spells and are not a behavioral issue and she will grow out of them. They are often frightening as she turns pale and blue and we try so hard to get her to catch her breath. Her worst incident was during their 15 month shots where she stayed pale for a long time.
She has to get Synagis shots for RSV prevention again this year, so I was so nervous that she would not react well, but she kept breathing. I'm hoping she has the same reaction to the next four doses. Brielle is starting to develop more of her personality and now will stand and cry and wait for you to come get her. She laughs and smiles a lot and is self-entertained by about any toy.
Rianne
She is really aware of things now as well. She will follow the girls around getting ready to steal a toy and will look at you and the toy to see if she's doing something bad. She and the girls love to jump on the couch so we have to be extra careful to spot them. She knows to back off the couch instead of going head first, but sometimes you wonder.
Teagan
Teagan is Teagan. She is very energetic girl that needs to be kept busy.
She loves to open doors, play with the iPad which leads to fights with
her sister, turn the ceiling fan on and off and flip light switches.
She thinks it is fun to turn the tv off by hitting the button on the
side when we are in the middle of watching something.

Three jogging suits. |

In the 70's we called them leisure suits. |

Well, Teagan has no chest hair, but this (below) used to be cool. |

Tans were healthy and chest hair was plentiful. |

Dad, you don't zip it up, then you'd be a nerd...like you. |
